About Inprintations

Inprintations has been operating in the technology-hardware-consumable industry for over seventeen years. The family-owned retail business has been based in Oakleigh South for six years, Robert Dogruserver-Owner, has been leading the Inprintations team throughout various locations across the south-east area to support local business’, local schools, families, fundraisers, community groups and local customers. Inprintations has been able to thrive with its continuous personalisation and customer support.

Inprintations puts value not on the sale of the customer but on the relationship built with each customer, going beyond the sale of the product and providing personalised time to analyse the customers’ needs whether that be particular features, needs or budget constraints of the customer. Inprintations is independent of its vendors and doesn’t act upon hidden clauses and aim to provide honesty above all for its customers. As a business that produces waste the organisation engages in social sustainability by recycling material and e-waste for larger products. Inprintations is formed on values of honesty, integrity, loyalty and relationships and strives to ‘put the customer first’.

Who We Are

Inprintations provide a large variety of products and services with a network across multiple vendors and sectors of the technology/retail industry whilst being one of the only certified Brother and Oki Authorised Service Centre in Victoria. Against our competitors, we are aggressively priced and aim to always provide the best price and highest level of service.
Inprintations is committed to providing ‘all in print’, we provide various types of printing; digital printing, wide format, canvas photos, stickers, garments, vinyl business signage and offset printing (brochures/menus/business cards etc.). Products also include a printer (repairs), ink, laser toner cartridges and paper media. Software available for customers includes Microsoft, MYOB, TeamViewer.

Inclusively of new stock Inprintations provides a range of ‘used stock’ (end of life, carton damage and all refurbished stock) as an option for customers with a lower budget.

In-store, orders are picked and packed within 20 minutes (providing stock is available). Pickups are ready within the 2 hours. We do all of this while operating in a sustainable manner for the communities and customers.
